Hello everyone! My name is Joy Okada and I am a Junior here at Mason. I am an English Major with a Concentration in Writing and Rhetoric. My main goal for this course is to become comfortable with coding in HTML as I have no prior experience with this medium. Additionally, I would love to gain further insight into the world of technical editing and learning how to write about basic technological topics, which would point me in the direction of where I would like to go career-wise. I would consider my main strength in this field to be building research and translating it for readers. I am also comfortable with certain Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop and Premier with an additional skill of drawing (exclusive to design/realism).
